Double fronted, Victorian house recently renovated inside, needed a garden to suit the contemporary, feature rich interior.
HOVE STREET, HOVE
A beautiful modern build just off the sea front in Hove needed a garden to match the contemporary yet homely interior. The clients' brief was to create a garden to be an extension of the house for outside entertaining and with minimal maintenance.
A narrow bed in the front garden was enhanced with a simple planting scheme, whilst the rear garden was completely transformed with rendered walls and a black slate path leading to the outdoor studio flanked either side with a beautiful planting scheme to be enjoyed all year round. The plants were chosen to cope with the salty air and were set amongst limestone aggregated and an irrigation system was installed.
